filey bay the brigg

hi all. like to say hello to u all first. first time on this forum. just a quick question . New to this yak fishing been out a lot at filey bay but not had the bottle to go round the brigg yet cos of the tidel flow eny tip will be appreciated thanks

best advise is to to be careful
the tides there run very strong and the swell can change fast
its best to go in a group with some people who have fished it before
the rewards can be good and the landscape and seascape is great
