The North East Division of the Angling Trust is holding the first North East Kayak Angling Championships on Saturday and Sunday the 29th. and 30th. of June.
This will be a heaviest single fish competition, entry is £10, fishing each day is 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
First prize for the heaviest fish taken over the two days is a Typhoon Pro Angler kayak donated by Moonfleet Angling Felling.
There will be a separate prize list on each day. Event H.Q. will be the Fort House Centre Links Road, South Beach, Blyth, NE24 3PQ.
